Zinc ash:

Its produced by different reasons. One reason is that the high temperature zinc pool surface contact with air. The second one is zinc falls into the heating zone. Meanwhile, the metal salt, metal oxide and greasy dirt produced when the parts surface are pre-processed, go into the zinc zone to result much zinc oxide. Whats more, some fluxing agent reacting with liquid zinc at galvanizing bath result in zinc oxide.

Zinc oxide is consisted of ZnO, metal Zn, Chloride and so on.

There is more than 800g pure Zn in 1kg of Zn oxide. The Zn oxide resulting in about 20%-30% will be more used. If the galvanization factory uses Zn 350MT, the productivity of zinc ash is 70MT per year. If the factory collect the zinc ash by bag filter or electric dust collector, the investment cost could be returned in one year.

Usage:  Zincification Industry

    It is used for degreasing, pickling, neutralizing and collecting and recycling toxic gas  produced in hot dip.  

Technique

    Double Hood collecting method covering under flat plate. It's more advanced than the existing Hood collecting method of One-Side and Push-pull type. It improves collecting efficiency and work efficiency.

    Besides, it can save more energy by installation Intelligent Control System at back end of Hood. Also its permitted to add single and compound equipment at back-end processing devices.
